‘Insane’ comes from the mind of tinyumbrellas, a Leeds-based artist who specialises in brilliantly constructed dream-pop. It’s a laid-back track in which soft guitar chords and distant drum patterns are enough to back her airy, dreamy vocal melodies. Her entirely self-made upcoming debut EP, Kaleidoscopic Towns, is out now, and includes a whole host of other beautiful tracks. On the release, she says: “It tells stories of important lessons, things which I’ve been through and discoveries I've made about myself. There’s a sense of innocence within it, being exposed to new situations and feelings really spurred most of these songs to be written.” -Dan Peeke
